Important Notice: We do NOT accept returns or provide refunds once an order is confirmed and dispatched.

01 No Return Policy

At TNV SPORTS, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched. Please verify your order carefully before confirming.

02 Why No Returns?

Due to the nature of sports equipment and to maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any products. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new, unused products.

03 Order Verification

Before placing an order, we recommend:

  • Checking product specifications carefully
  • Confirming the size, color, and quantity
  • Asking questions via WhatsApp before ordering
  • Reviewing product images thoroughly

04 Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order details

We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion for genuinely damaged items.

05 Wrong Product Delivered

In the rare case of receiving a wrong product, contact us immediately within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered.

06 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

07 Refund for Prepaid Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
